To rotate a plan view on your plan sheets after the architect has rotated the entire building halfway through the project:
Once on a sheet, you can rotate a view though the properties, but only 90° either direction. This also rotates the view name, so it's not really the way we want to do it.
Go back to the original plan view (model space), highlight the crop window, rotate it until you get the correct orientation (for some reason it doesn't seem to rotate the direction I want it to). ***update*** The rotation of a crop view appears to work in reverse of all other rotate command, first select the orthogonal angle (0°, 90°, etc) you want to rotate to, second, select the angle (item) you want rotated TO THAT first angle. ***
Flip back to the page layout, move the plan and notes to the correct locations (another great reason not to place any notes on the page views).
