Load Connection-Column-Splice.rfa.- In "Manage", "Structural Settings", "Symbolic Representation Settings", "Column Symbols", "Shear connection:", change to "Connection-Column-Splice"
- In the properties of the lower column that is to be spliced, change the 'top connection symbol' to 'shear connection'.
