- From the arch revit file, open a sheet view, right click the titleblock, select "open for editing", then save that rfa file to the project directory.
- From the structural project, create a new sheet, and "Load" the rfa titleblock.

Using an Arch AutoCAD file:
- Save the architectural titleblock to its own dwg file.
- From the Revit project file, choose File -> New -> Titleblock
- Choose a sheet size from the Titleblock directory. Choose Insert -> Import Cad and browse to the autocad file
- Change parameters as necessary before hitting "Open"
- Add Labels to the titleblock.
- Save the titleblock as an rfa file to the project directory or arch directory for future use
- Import in to the project
