Change the Ugly Braced Frame Callout

Families --> Annotation Symbols --> Elevation Mark Pointer_Circle --> Edit

(or copy "Elevation Types" using "Transfer Project Standards" from Structural_2011.rte)

Once the new symbol is loaded, in your project file:

Manage --> Additional Settings --> Elevation Tags --> 1/2" Circle -->

Change Elevation Mark to "Elevation Mark Body_Circle: Filled Arrow"
